We ended up having a horrible experience at the cosmopolitan And made a last-minute switch to the Palazzo. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The room was clean large with a nice view for the same money that we would have paid at the cosmopolitan. Definitely staying here next time in Vegas

Normally our stay at the Palazzo and Venetian properties is above bar. This stay, we had a unforgetful bad experience with a member in the Prestige Lounge. We were singled out for us to pay a fee even though we paid for the room and inclusion for it. The front desk personnel were spot on, over the top friendliness. That gentleman in the Prestige Lounge needs training in treating everyone equally.
