Been trying for 3 days to cancel or move the date. Wanted to charge me another $150 on what we already paid. Still waiting!!!!!! This makes me not wanna use Expedia again after this mess. We are in a winter travel warning and couldn’t make it to the Celebration of Life we were suppose to attend. It was also cancelled due to weather.

As we walked in to the lobby, we were greeted by Amy. She was so friendly and helpful! And a little bit after we got settled in our room she teext and ask if there was anything we needed. ! Our view from the room was the river which was so nice to wake up to. This is our favorite place to come!

The lobby was nice, and the rooms were spacious. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a refrigerator and microwave. The free parking garage was great, but having to carry luggage across the street, up one elevator to the lobby, then up a different elevator to the room was a little annoying.

Very nice hotel, surprisingly doesn’t have mini fridge in room which is a problem for diabetics however I always have a cooler so not a big deal, just a nice place to cheap out on amenities
