My Free room upgrade to a top Spa Suite was surprisingly amazing and overkill (very large). Magani staff, remarkably friendly and courteous too!. The hotel was amazing , clean ! The staff very friendly and approachable. Very safe, security always at the front of the hotel welcoming you back and opening the cab doors as you got out. And checking that you’re fine. One of my favourite hotel stays to date and I’d recommend. Also loved the spa was there 3 times in my stay, close to the mall and beach , lots of restaurants local too.

Great entertainment including the drag shows. Staff now greet us with “welcome home” as we’ve stayed there many times.

Great location. Adjacent to garlic lane and close to bars and dining options , shopping. Most Staff are lovely and helpful. I booked a deluxe spa room however after completing filling it to use it didn't work. I notified staff the next day at the desk who assured me a maintenance member would fix it. Two days later still waiting whilst no one ever come. I did complain again and eventually someone did apologise and fix it but half my stay was over. !Otherwise buffet was great and very handy having a money exchange at hotel. Deluxe spa quite noisy if facing the road , next time I would get the deluxe spa pool view..
