Free coffee all day! Nice kitchen for studio room. It was very nice except the air conditioner was too loud to sleep or even during the day, it was quite loud to do concentrated work. The staff were very friendly.

Very nice room and property. Our suite was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen in the room made things very convenient. The service at the hotel was very good. A couple of minor problems were the water pressure in the bathroom sink and we found a used wash cloth in the tub.

Always a great experience with the staff. The bathrooms need a bit of fixing: running toilet, low shower pressure, a bit better cleaning. But all in all a very nice stay.

The room was great but there was no hot water in our room. We had doctor appointments and didnt realize that there was no hot water until we got up to take a shower before going to the appointments. We didnt have time to notify management so they could fix the problem. Other than that, the room was great.

Overall Stay

Overall the hotel staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. Upon initial check in, I did see ants in the sink and also there was hair in the shower and floor of my bathroom. Overall the room was ok but honestly speaking, I am not certain that this will be the location I choose again when I come back to the Lexington KY area.
