The desk clerk, Debbie, was exceptional, she was so kind and friendly, and made us feel like family. The breakfast in the morning was great, and I didn’t get her name, but the attendant was very attentive and sweet. The wonderful staff made this stay great!

The girl that was checking ys in wasn't too friendly but the cleaning staff and the lady when we checked out were all nice. The facility and room was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

First room they gave us had a bed that didn’t have clean sheets. Second room, keys wouldn’t work. Went back down to front desk and she reprogrammed them. Still didn’t work. Went back down to front desk, this time she came back up. Then tried for herself. Still didn’t work. She then says the room must be out of service. Went back down to front desk for another room. Finally, a room that was decent. Bed pillows small but overall might stay there again off in the area.

Hotel.com Terrible !

Checking in I was told my stay was for March 17 and then I explained it had been changed, I had paid an extra fee. After calling Hoteis.com they changed me an additional fee of $39.75. I paid that also. I have never had such a bad experience booking a hotel. Terrible, never use Hotel.com again.
