Wake up every single day to the soothing sound of the crashing waves and leave all of your worries behind at this two-story, dog-friendly home! The main living space can be found on the first level of the home, whereas the three bedrooms are all located upstairs to provide more privacy. The living room offers panoramic views of the ocean and all the comfortable furniture to spend a relaxing time watching the waves crashing into the distance. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the flatscreen Smart TV, and catch up on your favorite series while the gas fireplace warms up the space in the blink of an eye.

The kitchen/dining area also offers incredible water views and if you'd like to take a closer look, you might as well use the telescope available. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast table that seats three people, perfect for quick meals on the go, but for a more formal setting, the dining table can seat up to six people. This level also features a half bathroom near the main entrance.

The three bedrooms available can be found upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

You'll enjoy a prime oceanfront location and less than a mile away from the public beach access. The heart of Lincoln City is mere blocks away, offering great restaurants, Lincoln City Outlets, Agnes Creek Open Space, Agnes Creek Trailhead, and so much more! Devil's Lake (two and a half miles) offers fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, and jet skis (rentals available), or take a surfing lesson on the beach at Safari Town Surf.
