Room was clean which is not easy considering all of the wet shoes. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Hot tubs were nice, especially the outdoor one. Outside pool was not heated to what I thought was comfortable but the kids tolerated it. Bartender was so nice, we also had a super nice young man as our waiter. The check in process could be smoother and more efficient especially since we completed the registration online. Gift shop is an absolute trip!! Overall all lot of fun.

It was so fast to check in because they had a pre check in text, the staff was very kind and informative. The room was very clean, nice hot water in the shower , the beds were okay for hotel bed as far as comfort.

The bathtub was a bit dirty and there was trash left in the closet from whoever stayed there last. Staff was friendly and nice - just cleanliness was the issue

Our experience was suboptimal. We stayed in room 300. We had to body slam the door for entry every time. There was a window to the hallway which provided no barrier to the constant noise and commotion happening right outside our door for the 3 days we stayed. Walls & ceiling paper thin. Can’t blame the child above us running around at all hours but we heard every single stomp resulting in little sleep. Terrible lighting resulting in nearly tripping over my boots when entering the room. The refrigerator was broken resulting in spoiled food. Beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable. Indoor hot tub jets were out of order. The old (not smart) TV offered children’s shows and music choice stations only.

Location is amazing, we visited Santa’s village. Views are beautiful, rooms outdated, however they are clean. Hot tub was so busy and people stayed in for a long time not allowing others to use it. Rooms are not at all sound proof you can hear clearly the person next doors conversation which made sleeping quite hard. Beds not comfortable. We do love coming here overall (bring a fan)
