We enjoyed a quick two night stay and the be poet hotel was perfect. The room was charming and spotless. The location was incredible and we were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely return if I had the opportunity

The small door area for the entrance to the hotel could be easily missed. Walked past it twice before a helpful restaurant worker spotted us and helped. Welcome was exceptional

Everything was amazing, the staff were great and helpful! The room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The breakfast in the morning provided a variety of food for us to have. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything.

Amazing staff, great location on main pedestrian street. Gets lively--even boisterous--outside at times. Some disturbing construction noise when we arrived from building next door, but staff promptly moved us to a different room.

We like everything about this hotel. The room was about standard size for a European hotel. The bath we had was small but everything worked perfectly.The staff was exceptionally, very willing to help and had adequate handouts and maps. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but did have drinks with a friend and they were fine. I would most definitely stay there again.

Tiny little elevator not suitable with scooter or wheelchair unless they fold up. Staff were excellent with handling luggage and arranging taxi and reservations.

We had a wonderful stay here. It is located in a great area with lots of good restaurants around. The staff is excellent--they even gave my wife a cake for her birthday which was delicious. Definitely worth staying here!

What a great little gem of a hotel in a fantastic location close to all the sites of Lisbon. Room was spotlessly clean, amenities were fantastic. A greay little bonus of a coffee machine in the room for a little espresso in the morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly, special mention for Tomos and Rui on reception.
