This hotel was a great find for our stay in Lisbon! It was right on the main walking street and very centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The staff was so incredibly friendly. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Thank you to Be Poet Baixa Hotel for a wonderful stay in Lisbon! Highly recommend!

The staff was great and the location was perfect. The breakfast was just okay. Rooms were a bit stuffy as there are no AC or fans. I’d still stay again.

My wife and I stayed from January 9th to the 15th and we had a great stay. The room was clean, we'll maintained and stocked with amenities. The staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. We had breakfast included and it was enough to get us going for the day. The hotel is on a popular street with lots of restaurants and bakeries. At night it can get noisy but with the windows closed it didn't bother us. The hotel is close to the Metro, a train station and trams with popular attractions within walking distance. In all, a very good hotel. On a side note, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. I wasn't expecting it, but it shows how nice and attentive they are.

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the service. The location was perfect for us—close to shops, restaurants, transportation, and many attractions, which made exploring Lisbon easy. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and since this was our first visit to Lisbon, they helped make it a great experience. Our room and bathroom were modern, updated, and very clean, with enough space to be comfortable. Having an elevator was a big plus for us, especially being on the 4th floor. We would definitely stay here again, though next time we would like a room facing the street. Totally recommend this hotel!

I had to change rooms as they were remodeling others rooms on the same floor and noise was a problem. Then the same thing happened on the new floor. The room I was moved into was actually smaller than the one I originally booked which was against good guest service. No attempt was made to compensate for troubles.

Barbara was great at check in and check out. Room was cleaned. Great location close to everything you need Rossio station and Baixa chiado are 5 minutes away. Very convenience for when we arrive and leave city. Our room was at the back of the building so it’s quiet at night. Not sure for the room in front of building as hotel located on the main walking street. Only down point is there is only one small lift in the building and a bit confuse to use. It’s ok for us as our room on 2nd floor but people stay on top floor must be annoy with the lift

The staff was friendly, helpful, welcoming. The room was wonderful, clean, and it had a safe inside the room which is very good and comforting onowthat your can lock away your important items. It had a coffee machine in the room, a minibar, hair dryer. The bathroom was very good and clean. Overall, we like the hotel, and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially to first timers. We definitely stay here again if we were to xome back tt Lisbon. It is on the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, spots, etc. I can’t say anything negative, except it ticks all the boxes for us for a perfect weekend get away or short visit to Lisbon. Location wise, it is excellent.
