Great hotel

Location is amazing. Right on a Main Street in the middle of everything. Lobby was tiny but our room was spacious. Didn’t have a view but we just had to walk out the front door to see everything. Staff at reception were terrific. Very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was small but did the job. Would definitely stay here again.

From the welcome glass of port and pastel del nata when we checked in, the staff went out of their way to be friendly. Cleanest room we've ever stayed in and fantastic location. Central but quiet at night. Little boutique hotel with adjoining cafe. Don't come here if you're looking for a gym or swiming pool, this hotel is all about great service, a friendly and helpful reception team. Our rom was prety, fresh, and spotlessly clean, and this hotel was in the best location within a stones throw of the elevators for the Castle, tram stops to other districts and places of interest,, shopping, fantastic restaurants, cafes and gelateries. Authentic little portuguese restaurants just off the main street and down the back streets nearby. If we return to Lisbon we will definitely stay here again. .

Breakfast was very poor; eggs had been sitting in container for a long time. Terrible coffee. Room walls were very thin and I could hear drilling next door, other guests and loud cleaning staff. The hotel should also warn guests that they are located on a pedestrian only street which will require lugging your bags from the nearest drop off point for taxis, etc.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right outside the door are plenty of restaurants and bars, making it super convenient for dining and nightlife. Pink St, Green St, Tram 12& 28, and Ler Devagar in walking distance. The hotel also helped coordinate airport transfers, which was a big plus. While there’s no traditional lobby to wait in, the staff was mostly friendly and welcoming. My room was small but clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a well-situated, peaceful spot with everything you need nearby, this is a great choice

The personal touch of the front desk was top notch from check in, to printing items, giving directions and recommendations to having the elevator ready when I grabbed a nightcap from the partner restaurant- and the location to die for tourists to the city.

Loved this property! Location was amazing-walking distance to everything. Check-in was fabulous. On arrival, I received a glass of port wine and a pasteis de nata. The front desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

Cute Hotel - Great Location!

Very friendly check-in! Couldn’t accommodate an early check-in but kept our bags and had them brought to our room. Much of the staff was friendly but unfortunately not all…especially one man who hardly smiled and wasn’t overly welcoming. Room didn’t always get cleaned until mid afternoon which was a little challenging, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has a prime location and yet is not loud. The room is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, the breakfast selection is very limited and pastry is not nearly as good as what one can get from the nearby bakeries. Nevertheless, I love the hotel and i would come back again!

Need to improve their body wash/shampoo situation

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. My only complaint is that they never refilled the bottle of body wash/shampoo or the hand soap one, and even when I called the lobby to ask for some body wash or soap (we had run out), their response was that’s they didn’t have any more body wash on site. I kept on insisting until finally and magically, they produced a little bar soap. Thankfully, I only had two more days left and the little bar soap lasted until I left.
