We were greeted warmly by a very accommodating staff and the location an excellent hub for exploring Lisbon. There were two of us in the room for five nights, We spent little time in the room but when there found it's it design and layout akward and frustrating.

We arrived an evening on April 7th for 10 nights 11 days staying there. The evening concierge Rui and Matilde gave us warm welcome from the day 1. The hotel is located in the center of Baixa, but our room was sounds proofed at the end of the hallway and facing to the alley. It was the perfect room for us. The room was very clean, very well maintained and comfortable setting. A week before our arrival there, the concierge Rui sent us email for a preference bed size(s) and arriving time. We got an impression they were very thoughtful and caring about guests. Our first impression about them continued for entire staying there. All concierge staffs were very helpful and patiently helped us navigating around all over Lisbon. We walked 5 to 7 miles daily and explored Lisbon for entire time there. My husband enjoyed their complimentary port wine after long walk daily. This was the first trip to Lisbon for searching a retirement home for near future. We are already started talking about going back to Lisbon in May next year. The hospitality of Be Poet Baixa Hotel made us want going back to Lisbon again, but it’s not soon enough for us though. There is not thank you enough for concierge staffs’ excellent, professional and warm hospitality. Thank you so much making our stay there so comfortable.

Our concierge was wonderful! Our taxi had an accident and they quickly got us onto another car to the airport. Pretty hotel, modern, loved the open windows to the busy street below!

A dinky hotel in the heart of the main Lisbon tourist district. The room was small but beautifully clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Very good buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay there again

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room is clean but very small. Location is central but outside noise could be a problem for light sleepers. Window curtain cannot be closed and street lights are very bright. Staffs are excellent and professional. Breakfast is good but doesn’t open until 7:30am.

Wonderful staff, convenient location and comfortable room. The restaurant and staff next door were great as well. We got tickets at the last minute to go see Portugal play Denmark and they got us in and out in 25 minutes with a wonderful meal.

Loved this place!

The perfect location in Lisbon. The staff was incredible. The breakfast was excellent. But the location couldn't have been better. Quiet room, comfortable bed, a nice shower, and 2 minutes later... All of the restaurants, museums, and action you could ask for!!
