No bus boy service

It is a good hotel, modern, clean, up to date, good restaurant with one annoying point, there is no bus boy service. Our large family was traveling a long distance with tons of luggage but the hotel had no bus boy service to bring our bags to our rooms, or to bring them back downstairs. Upon arrival they told me that the hotel had no bus boy service. For a four star hotel this is entirely unacceptable!

It didn’t feel clean, very dusty rooms, AC was loud and didn’t work properly. The kids area was unkept, dirty, and nothing but a huge stuffed bear. The highlight of this place is the bathrooms, they are very spacious, and had a very nice shower. No fridge in the room, just a small mini bar that leaves no room for your personal belongings.

The property is 20 minutes away from the center, the restaurant is really nice. The people in the reception area are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the AC wasn’t working at all. There’s some places around to eat as well.

It was an amazing hotel, very comfortable and very clean. However there was loud banging during the day time from ongoing construction which no one informed me about at check in nor at the time of booking.
