The hotel was on a busy road so I couldn't sleep with the window open. The worst issue was that my room smelled of sewer gas which is why I wanted the window open. I stayed there twice for a total of 4 nights. The two rooms I stayed in were next to each other so maybe the sewer gas issue was only an issue in that part of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the people were friendly.

Really clean and spacious room with a great view. Excellent location — within walking distance to the cable car and plenty of waterfront dining options. The staff were very helpful and professional.
