We arrived before regular check-in time and asked to drop off our luggage but our room was ready so they let us check in- so appreciated. The room was not overly big for our family but it was clean and the bathroom was large. It was clean. We walked from the hotel to the beach area - it was a nice walk and took about 30 minutes (walking with kids). The breakfast was good but the dining room was super tiny so it felt very cramped - some of our family we sat in the lobby instead and that was certainly a better option. The pool was really really small and freezing cold (it must not be heated), it didn’t appear very clean, our kids lasted about 5 minutes so that was disappointing considering we book that hotel over another one based on the pool. There is no hot tub. We ate at supper the restaurant across the street - it was really tasty. Overall it met our needs but was nothing amazing.

Nice place to stay

Stayed here 1 night before our cruise. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. The fitness area was simple but I was happy to use it.

The tub wasn’t cleaned properly. They still had to hair left over from the previous person. Also, the bed was a set up. It was a full-size bed. I thought it was a queen for the size of the room. It should’ve been a queen.

Weekend in Long Beach

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Cristal at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet. Would definitely stay here again!
