This is the nicest, largest Courtyard by Marriott I've ever seen or stayed at. The lobby/ common area is huge and nicely furnished and appointed. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

This is pretty much our go to hotel when we are in LA and so we get to experience it in different seasons. I only have a couple of issues with the latest stay. The room cleaning can be a bit hit and miss. Our last room turn down, they totally forgot to empty our full bins and honestly done a very minimal clean. Often times in our corridor I saw the corners of the walls sometimes had debris that have been missed in the vacuuming so they need to pay closer attention to that. Our phone also did not work. I do want to credit the reception staff for the professionalism and shout out to the young lady who allowed me to use the laundry room and provided me with detergent and dryer towels after our check out. Overall we do love this hotel and will continue to use it in the future.
