Very clean very quiet.my room was next to the elevator and I did not hear anything. Staff was amazing. They definitely were first class. The young guy at front check in with the Spanish accent was first class. Remembered my name greeted me every time he saw me. Always asked if I needed something. And made sure I was aware I had credit for parking. If I owned a hotel I would take him. Hard to find good people who love their job.

I do not recommend staying in this property. It is not a safe place to stay in LA. We were followed into the parking lot and luckily were able to shake the people following us by establishing our awareness of them and doing 2 loops around the parking lot with them on our tail. I assume these people were trying to steal from us assuming we were not aware of them following us. The hotel staff did not send security out (which seemed non-existent) even though they saw everything on camera. This is not a safe place for tourists or families to stay at all.

Building is older but room is clean and very minimalistic. I bought the food credit, but I cannot use it because the dining is not open until 9 am. Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier than 9 am.

This spot is perfect for travelers, if you have a car parking is convenient and the room is just what you need comfortable beds and limited noise I would come back and stay again.

Stay far away from the elevator.

Walls are very thin, and we were by elevator so it was hard to sleep with all the noise. The showers are also open and splash all over the bathroom which is not great. But the hotel and staff were nice, cafe was great too.

Recently renovated, modern decor however it a very old building. You can hear foot steps from upstairs and hallway. We only stayed for 1 night to catch our cruise.

Christopher at The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I had called a few days prior to visist and he remembered me and the Conversation! Edmund was also helpful @ the desk during his night time shift. Annie in the bistro was friendly and provided great service. My daughter jusy got an apartment nearby and when i return to visit her (which will be several times a year) we will always stay at the 'H'
