I could not believe that they do not clean rooms at all. The rates are too high for not having this service. I had to ask for clean towels. This is not acceptable. It should be advertised so we as guests know what to expect. Don't feel like returning. The beds are too hard, not very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff is unhappy.

Convenient and Great location

Everything was okay. Wish there was a microwave. Bought food thinking microwave was available. Front desk was great fast and efficient. Room and Bathroom was great for a small room. Possibly returning when in the same town.

Room clean with a good layout and sufficiently large for two people. We had a bit of trouble with the TV remote control surfing through channels. Staff was friendly and customer service oriented. It’s very well appreciated. We feel invited to come back.

Loud morning.

We loved staying there, check in was quick and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will request a higher floor next time, our room was next to the front desk and it was a loud morning the day after. But we will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Its just that i can hear all the bang of the doors . And the cleaning staff , they knock on my room at 10am in which the chek out time is 12nn. I was disturbed on my sleep then.
