Facility was good. The room was good. The breakfast was good. There is a charge for parking although that was not disclosed but it was only $10 per day. I will say the only negative was that you were not allowed to check in before 3 PM. We arrived an hour early and were told that absolute in no rooms had been finished by two so we could not get into our room or any room so by 3 o’clock the lobby was completely full of people and then about five minutes till everyone’s lining up and they started off with only one person at the reception desk and then after a few minutes, they got a second person, but there were easily 20 people in line so this idea of waiting until exactly 3 o’clock to let everybody in is not convenient I find it hard to believe that every single room in the hotel is not available until exactly 3 o’clock so that was my only negative and if that is not a problem for you, then it won’t be a problem that’s why I did rated a five even though I was unhappy with this procedure.

A great place to use since a homebase while in the area. The staff was nice and attentive. The hotel was clean and the area around was very walkable. There were plenty of choices for Dinning as well as entertainment.

The staff were incredible. The amenities in the rooms were far more than I expected. The area seemed a little sketchy but we were pleasantly surprised how updated and clean it was. The rooms were great but the mattresses and frames needed to also be updated. The breakfast staff were legit on top of it. They were constantly freshening up the food and coffee and cleaning the tables. And it was not the usual hotel breakfast-fare. A full breakfast with all the options including two choices of omelettes, actual cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage (and vegetarian options!), fruit, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, and pancake maker.

We arrived past midnight and when we checked in, they told me that someone already checked in under my name that caused so much delay in the check in process. They offered to void our parking fee as the compensation. I asked bedsheets and blanket several times for our extra bed but they didn’t give it. Phone is broken in our room so I have to go down to the lobby if we ask for something. Requested for another towel since we were three in the room but no one responded. It was not a good experience but thankful still.
