Excellent customer service! Staff was very nice and super helpful. Lobby and pool were great. Would have given it a five star, but the room was worn and the hallway carpet was coming up so we kept tripping on it. It was also super disappointing to find out that they charge for parking!

The beds were great! There was music being played by someone on the 1st floor pool area, i suspect they fell asleep with music on, or maybe left it on accidently, anyhow, we had to hear crappy pop/r&b until i finally caved and closed our patio door at 2:30 am. Not a huge fan of the paper QR codes to exit parking. They were difficult to scan.

Amazing place... clean and staff is amazing... altought they are sneaky about not telling you they will charge you 33 dollars for parking a day. They take it from your deposit. You are kind of forced to pay it because they dont give you the option or even mention it to you.. they just give you the pass so you can park there. But never mention it to you.

The steak I ordered wasn’t prepared correctly 2 x , and the room key didn’t work 2 x when I went back after walking all the way back to the front desk , then it happened again ; a short weekend nonetheless disappointed; your one staff member at the front desk was the only one who seemed to care she took charge of the situation and fixed like the only one to work in hospitality. Kudos to her.

Bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Toilet had a blackish ring, was an apple slice on the floor, and the floor looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Room smelled a little funky as well which isn’t a good first impression. Lots of food places and hotel backs up next to a grocery store. However lots of sketch characters and homeless folks hanging around the hotel parking lot and behind the grocery store which made it feel unsafe to walk around.
