Waited for an hour for overcrowded hotel van. Could not get past crappy AI to get to front desk. When I finally did it rang for several minutes than disconnected. I paid for a King with separate soda bed and got a tiny King room, no room for any soda bed. Hyatt is now hit or miss. This was terrible. Staying in Hyatt used to be a privilege. Now I will never stay in it again. What a shame.

The room, The bathroom very nice and clean.The bathroom was very organized with towels, & toiletries. House keeping was very attentive to your needs, & very nice, friendly. The room was very comfortable, & quiet. The breakfast was very delicious, good, hot, fresh, organized, professional, excellent staff & friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with food. And this was my first time staying at this hotel. I can say I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I definitely would recommend for you to book your room at. And I also recommend that you add the breakfast complimentary to your stay. The breakfast was excellent. So I give this hotel 10/10. And with this hotel they do have other ones in other states I believe.

Rooms were smaller than anticipated, and the wifi kept going out. We showed up early for our shuttle, only to see him driving away. I went to the desk and she radioed the driver who said they couldn’t come back. I asked the desk what they could do for us (uber, taxi) and they were quite rude and said they couldn’t help us at all.
