The staff was great. Friendly and professional. The hotel was older and our room was outside so it was kind of scary. Smelled like marijuana everywhere . Homeless people hanging out at the restaurant ( Panda Express). Room was clean and the service of cleaning the room was done everyday. ( 3 days)

Terrible experience. We got to the hotel there was no parking at all we had to be driving around to find a spot inside the property. The room was disguising, we check in and went to the room just find the was dirty and it smell like peeee horrible smell, there was literally strands of hair all over our bathroom and bathtub, I told the front desk about the smell and the hair and they said it was because their were repairing the bathtub that’s way there was like hair but no it had like a big strands of hair like they did not clean the bathtub at all.

After a long ride I just wanted to arrive and relax and call it a day, I paid for the deluxe 1 bed room and got stuck with 3 bed room that smelled like cigarettes. I asked if they did late check out the day before the lady and the front desk said free by 12pm and any other late time is an extra charge. The next morning I call in and get informed late checkout is not available when hotel is sold out. First and last time I stay here :/ .

Only was a very high quality presentation but in person was the opposite very low quality presentation my room sink did not work water would get clogged up.
