Hotel felt old, run down and neglected. Furniture in room was mismatched. No breakfast provided, just tea and coffee. We were very disappointed.

Room was not clean. TV didn’t work. Asked for body wash and was told they didn’t have any. Online advertised free continental breakfast and when asked, they worker stated they do not do that. Awful hotel.

The website says they have a free breakfast as one of their amenities. They do not. When I pointed out that this was on their website, they said oh ya no. The floors were consistently dirty. There was urine in the common area one morning. The parking lot entrance and exit is off a busy road at an awkward angle. It’s not really walkable.

The broken window screen in room 344 remained unfixed during my 6-day stay. The room’s central location made it visible to everyone, and an unpleasant smell persisted. Between midnight and 2 am, loud footsteps echoed from the room above, likely due to noise from the room above 344. I called the room above me, but the person only spoke Chinese. This miserable experience, despite my loyalty and a Platinum member as such of Wyndham, is unforgivable.

Room key immediately didn’t work, bullet hole in my room’s window, difficult to navigate premises (discussed and confirmed with other guests in passing), little to no signs to help navigate towards elevators or stairs. Only chose because one of the cheaper ones in the area. This places is GHETTO.

Yesterday, I arrived at the hotel at 2:15pm and when I asked if I could check in at the front desk, they told me to wait until 3pm. However, Caucasian guests who arrived after me around 2:30were checking in one after the other. Am I being made to wait until 3pm because I'm Japanese? I was discomfort that’s why I check out at 4:15 pm to change another hotel.
