This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was very accommodating. My daughter and I were having a terrible day traveling. We had flight delays, missed connections, and an unexpected 13 hour delay to get on another flight. Fortunately, the staff was very accommodating and let us check-in early and we were able to rest before going back to the airport. The cafe was pricey but was competitive for similar types of hotels. Anyway, they recommended the breakfast sandwich and it was delicious as well as the muffin we opted to try. I definitely recommend staying here. Also, very convenient since there is a free shuttle. Also, they have the best pillows!!!

ac wasn't working in room. was fixed in about one hour. had to run the hot water for 15 minutes in the morning before any hot water came out. we only did that on the advice of the front desk. apparently this is a common problem here since the renovation. that being said the staff is well trained and the food was great. Shuttle excellent to airport. would stay again.

Check- in took almost 45 min. with only three employees helping who seem to take their time and worked at a slow pace to “service” a line that at one point had well over 12 guests just standing and waiting holding all their luggage. Need more employees to help with the amount of guests that check in. For what the hotel looked like in the photos to the quality and look to the room in person, wasn’t worth over $200 a night. Convenient from LAX but not worth it. The room was basic, but I do give credit for the cleanliness.

Stay was less than ideal. They had cones and caution tape all over the front. The elevators smelt. The general upkeep of the property was not great. For example, the cabinets were dinged and I saw some paint chips.
