La habitación que nos tocó tenía el lavatorio del baño tapado, reclamamos y fueron amables, nos cambiaron de habitación. En la nueva habitación quisimos abrir el sofá cama para que durmiera uno de los niños y estaba lleno de hongos, espantoso. Por último, 6:15 de la mañana comenzó a sonar la alarma de incendio pero era falsa alarma, no dando ninguna explicación y tardando en apagar la alarma por largo rato. El personal amable, las instalaciones antiguas. Fácil de estacionar, excelente ubicación cercano a aeropuerto y Manhattan Beach. Desayuno incluido.

What was very clean was the carpet was very clean need to carpet clean them more. Everything was okay we were close to the area we needed to be in. Didn't have any problems with staff or room.

The room we checked in to was filthy. The carpet, sofa, pull out mattress, even the curtains were dirty! There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. It really made me question the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets. We were given another room and there was a huge stain on one of the sheets when we pulled the comforter back. It was a tad cleaner than the first room but still looked dirty. Luckily the staff was very understanding and expedia was very helpful and we were able to get our two remaining nights refunded expeditiously. We have stayed at other Springhill Suites and never had issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. Very disappointed in that aspect.

My friend and I stayed here for a concert. We were greeted with such hospitality from the front desk! The room itself had everything we needed, as we weren’t staying for too long anyways. We passed by the pool at around 7:30pm, and it was pretty calm and not that crowded. The breakfast was your average American style breakfast, not much to say on that part. The bacon wasn’t my favorite but the sausage the next following morning was good. Some dark stains were on the carpets, but my friend and I didn’t really mind nor notice them as much. There are nearby places to shop and eat at, and though probably not a walkable area for most, we both come from San Francisco so basically anywhere is walkable lol. If you’re looking for somewhere decent to stay, and on the cheaper side compared to other hotels in the area, I recommend this hotel.
