As so many people have said the early check in fee was demanded if I wanted to get in 10 minutes early. I was greeted by 2 very unhappy staff at the desk. Common issue with noise - no carpets and loud people in corridors. Smell of dope everywhere. Expensive parking charge considering location. Shame as was good place for hotel and all above easily fixed.

Had to change rooms cause the regular room is on the freeway.. had to uograde not to have freeway noise which is absurd… so I got a new room and the AC didn’t work , it pushed out hot air, I complained (very nicely) to the front desk 4 different time to 2 different people and no one came, mind you I checked in around 3:30PM. I guess they don’t care which is sad really cause all and all it’s a great location, but that’s about it for the pros.

Pre paid for 4 nights, checked out after 1. The 101 freeway is right outside your window. Rooms were rundown and in need of painting. Elevator was broken. Plastic tumblers in lieu of wine glasses. I could go on….

I did not like that there was a daily parking fee of $15 to park in their lot. Especially, since I already was a paying customer for a room and stayed for more than a couple of nights. They should waive the parking fee as parking should be complimentary. They don't offer free coffee or optional continental breakfast. Otherwise, I appreciated the offer for a quieter room. Housekeeping only came to make your room when you wanted. They were very polite and expedient in bringing extra towels, bedding, or tp.

Every time I stay there there seems to be an issue with the air conditioning and heating. I will wake up in the middle of the night with the steaming hot room and no air conditioning. They’re slow on service, and Check can take up to a half an hour cause there’s one person at the desk. I’m not exaggerating.
