Our stay was great. Very nice staff. Room was small but really clean and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better and the view was awesome. If you like patios this is the perfect place.

The location is great. Across from the beach and a half a mile walk to bars and shopping. The double room we stayed in is odd. There is a thermostat but from what I could tell no heat source in back room. No ceiling lights in rooms and no lighting in the kitchennete. The toilet is so high off the ground on a pedestal your legs can swing. The windows frames have lots of dust and the windows themselves are dirty. The bathtub has black or moldy caulk around it. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay overall but the room was very odd.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small but that was ok I didn’t plan on spending too much time in there. Loves the view and not to far of a walk to the lighthouse. I will stay again if I’m ever in Ludington.

I liked how close it was to the beach and the room was small but it had everything we needed. I loved the night light in the bathroom and the heat after I took a shower. I love the bedside lamps and tables on both sides with somewhere to plug in phones. I really like the little table and two chairs in the room and the balcony was nice if the weather was nice with the table and two chairs outside the room.The TV was easy to use and had all the channels. That was important because the tigers game was on. I loved being able to walk to the pier and all around the Beach area. The refrigerator microwave were really a Plus also. I'm definitely telling all my friends and relatives about this place.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room was small but the patio was great (we were on the first floor). Very friendly staff. Bathroom is in bad need of an update. Needs updated baseboards. Outlets are ok. We were on corner room facing the waterfront and you could hear the traffic but it wasn't horrible.
