The staff were great our room was clean and comfy and a great location with a beautiful view. However there were some small things that needed attention like a few loose tiles in the bathroom, outside hall lamps that worked but were consmetically damaged, but overall a positive experience and I would stay there again.

Check in staff was great & fasr, but the room was dirty and had a horrible smell. No paper products in the bathroom and we had to try to track someone down to get some. Hotel needs a big upgrade.

The hotel didn’t have a very high rating, so I wasn’t expecting a great property. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was! It was an older building & a little tired looking, but it was very clean & seemed to be well maintained. I would definitely stay here again! Beachfront room was a huge bonus!

2 stars and less no amenties, spider webs in rooms, smelly rooms. No toiletries in bathrooms. What they called continental breakfast is cold boiled eggs bread and jam and butter cream. Morover the receiptions while checking in although I chose to pay caah for two nights and non refundable he didnt inform me that they already took the first night from the card. Very very disappointing

Location was very good. I booked a lake view room so view was beautiful. Hotel has the lake access so we enjoyed at beach. Rooms were okay not very good not very bad. Furniture was pretty old, cleanliness was average. Breakfast was excellent. Overall stay was pleasant.

Absolute worst hotel I have ever booked. So bad I left without a refund and drove 4 hours back home. The room was not what I had booked. Supposed to be a king size room with hot tub in room instead I got a dirty queen room. Both bed had dead bugs on the sheets and they were not even made nice. Blankets on top were nice but the sheets were pulled off the foot area and all bunched up. To Bad I will never try to book through expedia again

Stayed over the Labor Day weekend which is always busy and overpriced for the level of the property. Breakfast was ok but mainly here to be close to downtown and the bridge walk. Property could use an update so make sure you know what you're getting.

We will never stay at this hotel again. The free breakfast, the food that was supposed to be hot was cold, even though they were in their warmers. The jetted tub room we had, didn't work and and had bugs and spiders crawling out of the Jets. And the room had a musky smell.

Hotel wasn't nearly up to the standards expected of a Clarion. Our room needed a refresh; nightstand was in terrible condition and the battered HVAC unit made an annoying racket and also stunk up the room once the heat kicked in. Our bathroom fan/heat lamp had dust bunnies poking out and had a regular light bulb installed where the head lamp should have been. Draperies also had some broken hardware, causing them to droop and not close completely. We won't be staying here again.

The room we had when we got there the tv didn’t work so the next morning I told them about it they checked it out the end up get us a different room. The room we got there was stuff in the bed a lot of the trim work was falling off the rooms need to be updated

Found room to be smelly, like urine, towels & bedding stained. Took pictures of everything it was so gross. Took a shower and air dried it was so bad. Killed three spiders. Dust and hair covered coffee pot. Pubic hairs in the tub and sink. Every pop machine at the facility was sold out or out of order, told to go to the gas station if we wanted something to drink. went to go check out 2 days early (wanted to go to another hotel) and was told we could not becasue we used a 3rd party servicer-Expedia- so we left anyway. Hotel would not check us out, would not give us a bill, would not give refund for the 2 unused days. Worst experience with a hotel to date. Both reception and magment said there was nothing they could do. So disappointed we left for home. Said they could put a note in the computer to send the checkout receipt.Clerk smiled and chuckled the whole time. Extremely rude. Brought her one of the towels to show her and didn't even look at it.

The beds were comfortable. The pullout sofa was terrible. Bathroom smelled terrible and there was mold in the shower. No outlets for charging devices easily. Breakfast was sub-par: runny scrambled eggs, rubbery pancakes, and boiled ham - think hotdog water. Service was good and friendly.

Passing thru and was tired got a room with a hot tub that was dirty. Once we went in the room had no light had to use our cell flash light at this point we found the lights over the bed. The breakfast was no better but it was a room. Not sure if we would give them another change since we reported the issues and it seems it went unheard.
