I booked a stay at this hotel at the last minute so I didn’t know what to expect. But it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean comfortable and spacious. I will be back to stay here when I’m in the area.

The room in question was excellent. I had already been here for a week due to some family situations. My main complaint happened the AM. Breakfast is 7-10AM on weekends. I dont usually get to eat during the week but on the weekends, it snice to sleep in and still get a hot breakfast. However, this AM I got down there a little after 9AM for breakfast. There were no sausage or biscuits of any kind. I overheard the attendant complaining about people waiting until the end of her shift to come down and eat. At 9:15 or 9:20, she took up the empty pans for sausage and biscuits and never put them back. She proceeded to walk outside even though people were still coming down for breakfast. That should NEVER happen! You could tell she had an attitude as well. I have stayed here before and the breakfast was awesome. There was another couple who complained to the front desk who alerted the attendant. The attendant promptly came to them and informed that was "regulations" or something to that effect to not fill the pans after 0945. She lied! I watched her take them up around 0915! If I did my job as halfheartedly as she did this AM, I would have been fired on the spot!

Rooms and bathrooms were clean and that’s about it. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all due to it being very used and worn in. The entire left side of the bed was sunken it to the point where I could feel the springs. And you might say….’sleep on the other side’…well, the left side was so sunken that regardless of where you laid, you were being rolled to the left. Also, if you are anywhere near a staff closet around 5am, get ready for the early wake up call. Rooms are not soundproof at all to slamming doors and conversations in the hall. I was woken up to staff talking and constantly walking in and out of their staff room and letting the door slam. Hotel is nice, but the experience just wasn’t it this trip.

Checked in at 11:00 pm and got up to our room which was on the 4th floor and the key wouldn't work so had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. Then when we got in our room there were no sheets or pillows for the pullout bed in the room so had back to go to the front desk to get them. Went to take showers in the morning and they had only given us two towels for a room that sleeps six so again had to go to the front desk to get more(which even then they tried to only give us two more, for a total of four, for the five of us. Breakfast would have been nice expect they were out of almost everything even though we showed up an hour before breakfast ended. They also were cleaning both coffee machines during breakfast so we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get coffee during breakfast time. I expected an $180 IHG hotel to be a much better experience. I'm very disappointed!!

This was her first time staying at this property, and we were very impressed. Staff was very helpful, and the hotel was situated in a convenient area that we could walk to our venue and lots of dining surrounded the hotel.

We were put into two different rooms before we found one that didn't smell like mold. It was most likely coming from the air conditioner. Someone ran through the hall and made a loud yell while putting a toilet plunger into the door of the young family with a baby across the hall from our room. Scared the parents and baby who were inside, very weird! Security could be better. We moved to a different hotel.
