We stayed on the second floor and the pictures were hanging askew and one was damaged. When we checked in it was not busy and the guy at the front desk did the minimum to check me in. I had to ask if they had a shuttle and what the hours were for breakfast. During our last night the housekeeping took our used shower towels and did not replace them and they did not replace our cups. The Customer service was lacking this 3 night stay.

Fotmest off the good, the room was clean, good rates, breakfast was good, and the morning gentleman was nice when we checked out. The bad, the evening clerk was rude as can be. First he wouldn't even stand up to take care of me till I couldn't understand him as he had a strong accent. He didn't say anything about breakfast, where the elevator was, no wifi info was given or written down.

Great bed and shower! Very poor customer service! Refused to give me a printout of my folio, was told they couldn't Expedia had to do it. 2 lamps in the room - 1 on one side of the bed and a floor lamp by the desk. Not enough light to read a book. Need a larger wattage bulb. In addition, there was an LED strip along the headboard wall which would come on fully, it flashed erratically, trying to work. Told the front desk clerk about a mess on the floor in the lobby from the night before, an hour later, it was still there! Pool is tiny -it is only for a kids pool, not lap swimming. Breakfast is ok, basically the same as all the hotels, scrambled eggs from a bag, microwaved fully cooked sausage patties, diced potatoes which I assume come in frozen or chilled, then are ovenable, make your own waffles, juice, coffee, yogurt, bagels. coffee is in the hallway, as is the juice machine, no lights over the steam table, so it is very dark. There was a mess from the juice machine the night before, and another in the morning. I would stay here again for the bed and shower, but I doubt I could handle the rudeness of the front desk clerks.
