Room didn’t have enough things like had soap or lotion. There were ants crawling on my bags when I had them in the floor for a second which I don’t know how in the winter time. Also breakfast was limited selection should’ve more things to eat. Tv channels only had a select few channels that worked in the room need better cable services.

The phone in our room did not work, and the “soundproofing” was nonexistent. We ordered a pizza, and it was left sitting out in the open lobby—apparently the days of hotel staff ensuring guests actually receive their deliveries are long gone. As a wheelchair user, I received no offer of assistance with bags, and the sidewalks in front of the accessible parking stalls were covered in packed snow. The rest of the sidewalk was cleared, leaving a slick, uneven barrier directly in front of the accessible spaces. It wasn’t snowing. The next day, a guest taking their dog out saw me spinning my wheels in place and offered to help. My wheelchair doesn’t have all‑terrain tires, so it was essentially like trying to move a stationary bike through ice until I could dig in enough to get traction. We were staying at the motel because my partner was having surgery, and we live quite a distance away. I wanted to be able to get a full night’s rest—which absolutely did not happen—and with blowing snow and drifting adding to the commute time, I needed the drive to be ten minutes, not two hours. I didn’t want an extra two hours tacked onto the trip because of drifting on top of everything else. We had planned to stay through the day of her surgery as well, which is why I booked two nights. Inside the room, the situation wasn’t any better. The guests above us—at least two older children and an infant—were running from one end of their room to the other, nonstop. Sheets don’t fit the bed constantly coming off. Continental breakfast is a joke. Waffles toast and cereal as they don’t do the buffet when there’s to many people in the hotel. If you want to get stoned off the smell of people smoking their pot this is the place to stay as our own room smelled of it since was so strong. Front desk doesn’t pick up when needed. Will never stay here again
