A bit out of the way but a very nice place to stay for a UW Madison graduation. The only down side was there was no breakfast for one of days we stayed. My husband talked to the front desk and we expected a discounted rate for one of our nights but that did not happen.

We were put in a room that was about as far from the front desk as possible. My wife recently had back surgery and I requested a room on the first floor and was at first told yes but then was told the reservation could not be changed because it was booked through Expedia. . The hotel was far from full. When we got to our room the key did not work so I had to hike back to the front desk to get new keys. I once again requested a room on the first floor but was again told the reservation could not be changed. I was very disappointed in that response.

Clean, spacious and Comfortable

We had a very nice stay with our group. Both gentlemen at the front desk and bar had great customer service, I wished they were there for both of our evenings! The woman on day 2 was not quite as nice.
