Room for Improvement, specially at this rate

The hotel is in an OK location and cleaning; however it’s hit or miss with staff, they are not the friendliest or helpful. Often they don’t know answers to thing but answer anyway getting conflicting info about básico things like room service charge, how to opérate the TV, A/C and heat. The beds are hard as a plank of wood and the walls extra thin so you won’t get a good night sleep. The cleaning staff does a good job but are loud, being the first ones to wake you up. The most helpful and cordial was the bell man or “Botón” by the name of Mika

Hotel Claridge is a comfortable hotel. It's quite high tech (elevators), etc. My room was big and the bed was comfortable. The big drawback for me was the location. It was quite away from good restaurants, cafes, etc. Area around the hotel was depressing.
