The food was excellent, and the service was great. The only minor issue for me was that the room felt a bit dark. I understand that some people may enjoy this ambiance, but I personally prefer a brighter, well-lit space.

The hotel is overall good, but its location is somewhat far from the city center. The rooms appear slightly outdated, and the room lighting is weak and insufficient, which created a sense of darkness and was not comfortable for the eyes.

I arrived at this hotel in Madrid at around 10:00 PM after a long and exhausting day attending a seminar. I was extremely tired when I finally entered the room, unpacked our luggage, and prepared to rest. Unfortunately, when I went to use the bathroom, I discovered that there were no basic toiletries at all — no shampoo, no soap, nothing. This was unacceptable for a hotel room, especially late at night. To make matters worse, the toilet was broken and leaking water, creating both discomfort and hygiene concerns. On top of that, the heating system was not working, leaving the room cold and unpleasant. After repeated complaints, around 11:00 PM a staff member finally came upstairs and offered to change our room. However, by that time we had already unpacked all our belongings, and my family — including tired members who were already resting — could not reasonably move rooms in the middle of the night. This experience showed a serious lack of preparation, maintenance, and consideration for guests. Arriving late at night and facing multiple basic failures at once is simply unacceptable. I have attached photos as evidence of the issues mentioned above. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or business travelers who expect basic comfort and functionality.

This hotel seems to be a hidden little gem within Madrid. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms albeit it wasn’t the Ritz Carlton, it wasn’t a Motel 6 either. It was a pleasing stay. I’d definitely stay here again. If you’re traveling w family, this is the place.

Staff were great and the service was impeccable. However, the room did not feel like 4 stars at all. The floor was vinyl, the faucets in the bathrooms were tatty, the deco reminded me of a hostel. Altogether - not impressed with the room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating with the exception of one waiter. The location is not ideal. The distance it describes from the stadium, airport etc is false. We had to take a 20minute uber each time. The first room we got wa dirty and smelled like mildew.
