Excellent hotel with good vibe very close to train station. Two minor suggestions: 1. The lighting in some areas is too bright, requiring sunglasses to enter the bathroom! 2. Breakfast buffet has a very good selection, but is a bit disorganized, causing too much crisscrossing and doubling back.

Well located near the train and metro. Soap and body lotion should automatically be refilled; in our case it had not been when we checked in. We didn’t notice until we were in the shower. Once reported it was taken care of. Also, the hair dryer didn’t work. This I noticed after my shower at 10:30pm. Then it took two phone calls to get one located and delivered. Other than that, it was a quiet, comfortable and clean room. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Construction

We like Only you hotels. Unfortunately there was a construction project in front of hotel and our room. We should have been informed of this. It was difficult to get a taxi as there was hardly any space for a taxi to stop. Also noise of construction in the morning.

The hotel was very nice, but the staff were not very friendly. I did not feel welcomed. There was no hot water in the morning so we were not able to even take a shower. At check out Maria de Diego was nice and helpful. All together I was not very impressed with the property
