Amazing stay. All of the amenities you need and the quality you’d expect for the price. Very nice rooms that were exactly what we expected. Right next to the gran via and situated where you can easily walk to everything you want to see in the city. Noise is not an issue even though it’s a busy area. Would 10/10 stay here again

Loved the location and the room. Very clean and modern. Air conditioning was malfunctioning and they dont have ice anywhere. She told me ice maker was broken. Everything else was excelent. I will definitely stay again. Breakfast was worth it. Pay it!

A/C not working in the room. Upon complaint, were given a fan and no other options. During the night, temperature rose by 4 additional degrees to an already warm room, directly hit by the sun all day. Staff pointed out that we had not booked directly with them and ''would see'' if they could discount our rate for the inconvenience because they did not know how. Terrible experience; would not return. Imagine spending such a sleepless night before a long flight to follow!
