Badrummet var inte ordentligt rengjort, det låg massa hår på golvet inne i badrummet. Jag hade bokat ett rum med dubbelsäng men blev flyttade till ett rum med två enkelsängar, vilket var sämre, pga att vi hade en hund med oss. Särskilt eftersom rummet endast hade ett litet fönster, 50cmx50cm till storleken. När vi sedan skulle nyttja frukostbuffén sista dagen innan avfärd bad jag om take away kaffemuggar + förpackning för att packa våra smörgåsar i. Det gick inte för sig, man var tvungen att vara medlem i Strawberry för detta och vi fick inte ta någon frukost med oss (som vi tänkte äta i bilen istället för att sitta där på plats). Serveringspersonalen var otrevlig i sitt bemötande gällande detta. När jag påpekade ovan blev jag tilldelad en frukost-voucher. Hela vistelsen kändes oseriös, stökig, snål och oproffsig (trots att vi endast sov där och inte nyttjade frukostbuffén en endaste gång). Det finns andra hotell i centrala Malmö inom samma prisklass, välj med fördel dessa istället.
