The property’s location is excellent, it’s walking distance to the trains central station (one can take a train to Copenhagen or to other cities and also can take a boat tour to see malmo). The property is also a walking distance to the city centre. There’s a small mall with a grocery store right adjacent to the hotel and also many restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The lower floors are renovated but the upper floors are not yet. Unfortunately our room was on an upper floor that needed renovation badly however the bathrooms were renovated.

Great hotel, exellent location in city center and only 5 min walk to the train station. The room was really big, clean and comfortable! Only thing i can complane about was the bar menu. It's rather unexiting. But we will definetly be back !

Our stay was ok, we enjoyed the size of the room. Bed was comfortable. Brunch buffet was fantastic. The room temperature was absolutely unbearable. Upon arrival the room was super warm and stuffy. The air conditioner could not be set below 18* c, and our room felt like a sauna. Couldn’t even crack a window. We couldn’t really sleep.

The room was really big! However all The carpets were nasty and full of bleach marks. Located close to railways and easy with parking. close to shopping areas and just wing Malmö. Be aware of low ceilings - my boyfriend had to duck several places. The breakfast was really good!

We made the booking incorrectly and there was no option to change it. We understood that it was our mistake and took full responsibility for that. However, we still tried for over a week to contact the hotel to see if there were any possible solutions. Expedia / Hotels.com also attempted to reach them on our behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel simply ignored us. We would have had no issue if we had just received a polite response, even if the answer was no — but being completely ignored is very poor customer service.

Convenient location. Spacious room. Staff and service were excellent!!! Everyone I encountered were amazing and very helpful. However, the room was very outdated, had multiple gross stains on carpet that looked like dog’s urine (corners near bed, tale legs etc), multiple silverfish bugs were living in the bathroom, also a lot of spider webs inside and outside the window. The WiFi was not fast enough comparing to other hotels. After running speed test it showed 12/20mbps. The A/C wasn’t really cooling room even though it was set to the lowest temperature. I stayed for 4 nights. Shower head was leaking and hose was spraying around which made it difficult to use. Bathroom hook was loose from the wall. General maintenance and updates are needed for this room.
