Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. We had a delayed check-in as we arrived after midnight and the system had considered us a "no-show". The night manager found a solution to get us in our room but didn't actually check us in which caused some confusion the next day. Our key card didn't work coming back from the slopes and the day manager had to reprocess everything... Not a big deal, just fyi to look into late arrivals. The staff was very nice, room was clean, breakfast was filling and spa very enjoyable after a day out in the cold.

The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was a nice way to get some fuel before skiing. It is not too hard to walk into the village, probably about 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the room was modern and spacious. The room did smell pretty weird though, luckily it cleared out by opening the window.

I’ve stayed here now 6-7 times and always enjoy it. Cant be the location, clean rooms, and massive indoor hot tub. But they need to do something about the plumbing, because the last few stays have had issues with the toilet not flushing well enough and the water pressure is terrible.
