The Hotel was clean the staff was accommodating, the breakfast was good I would like to see more options. The hotel is under construction we could hear the crew working outside at 8:00 am. The beds were clean. I have back pain the bed was very uncomfortable for me.

Room was very nice.

The room was large with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee and coffee pot. Very comfortable. We will stay again.

The whole experience was horrible. We drive up to the property in horror with the roof being under construction. We were then charged a $250.00 incidental fee. There is nothing on the property for us to purchase except for a few items in a small room. That’s a lot of money. Our room had a new carpet but one of the side tables was barely connected to a wall. Water stains on the walls. The sheets were thread bare and the bed covering was old and extremely worn. The bathroom was extremely out dated. In the morning when we showered, there was a used face cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod, which completely disgusted me. The shampoo and condition were either empty or didn’t work at all. The shower handle fell off when I turned the shower off. I had to screw it back on. The freezer in the mini fridge needs to be defrosted. We could not wait to get out of the building. Not sure how people are giving this place such a high rating. I wouldn’t even give it a 1!

Great place to stay

There were renovations going on while we were there but you'd never know it. It was very quiet and very minimal disruption. The biggest inconvenience was one of the elevators was being repaired. This was by no means a big problem. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was working properly. The staff was very friendly. From checking to check out everyone was very nice. All had smiles and made us welcome.

Loved the location, loved the breakfast, loved the bedding…..didn’t care for the “bait and switch” room images and description used by hotels.com at time of my booking! The pictures of the room I selected clearly showed a whirlpool bathtub, we were given a room with a standard tub. The hotel clerk simply accepted zero responsibility and passed the buck to the fact that we booked through hotels.com and it was there mixup. I specifically looked for a room with a whirlpool tub for my knees. I feel I paid more than I would have paid for a room with a standard bathtub. Everything else was fine.

The facility is under renovation so given that it is fairly clean. One of The elevators is out of order but we are okay with the stairs. The beds and pillows are terrible though.
