The only thing was we had 3 people and only had towels for 2 so had to wait for an extra towel set when we just arrived from our 24hr journey & it was @3AM. It would have been nice to just have them all ready so we can freshen up and not have to worry about waiting for an extra set of towels

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s budget-friendly, the rooms are clean, cozy, and surprisingly decent for the price. It’s perfect for travelers looking for comfort without spending too much. Location is amazing. It’s a quick walk to MOA and some other malls, restaurants and coffee shops. What really stood out was the customer service, especially from Glenda at the front desk. She’s very friendly, approachable, and goes out of her way to assist guests, not every receptionist has that kind of warmth and professionalism. Most of the staff are also polite and helpful, which made my stay even better. I like how they put their hands on their chest when they greet the guests. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the smoking area. Adding a few benches and a small roof or cover would make it more comfortable, especially during rain or strong sun. Overall, great value for money and wonderful service. Would definitely stay again!

It'd a great location and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are nice enough but the WiFi cuts off a lot and I'm in able to perform any work. In addition, the walls and floors are tapped together with poorly held clear tape. It is a short walk to MOA, so there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options.

A great hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location walking distance to MOA. The room was comfy and the air conditioning was perfect. We ordered some food up to our room and it came fast and was delicious. A great place to stay.
