The room was horrible with mold and a wet wall in the bed area. The air con was cold but would make a crazy sound every 20 minutes or so. We called to the fromt desk and first pickup and hang up then no answer 3 more times. I have stayed her before with a much nicer stay but this will be my last time staying

Clean room, staffs in concierge, securities are nice except the front desk staffs they’re not warm and no smiles at all. The previous staffs are friendly and nice, you can feel that you are welcome. This time those 3 staffs they looks like has a problem, well everyone has a problem but they should not bring it to work. No smiles they’re not looking at your eyes when they talk. A bit rude. Before I love your front desk staffs I always gave them chocolates because they let me feel welcome and they talk to you with big smile. And the property now it looks funny because everywhere you can see a transparent pa king tape on the floor, walls in the lift. When you walk the tiles is screeching. But I heard from the staff you are under renovation. Because I love the place convenient to everything. That is why everytime I came home, I always book with you. This is my first time to experienced your staffs. Not bad at all. But I think you need to talk to your front desk staffs to work like what they’re suppose to do. Thank you.
