Had a better room this time. Renovated and clean. Husband liked the gym, also had spa treatment (price was fair for a 5-star hotel). - Only con was that we were on the 23rd floor and can hear people walking in the residence club. Place needs sound proofing.

Excellent location! Easy access to many dining options and shopping across the street at Greenbelt. Opportunity for improvement: The aircon in my room was broken so my family had to be moved to another room. That aircon unit was not any better so my stay was quite uncomfortable. I am not happy about this.

The carpet needs to be replaced. It was filthy with all the stains visible. Quite disgusting. You have to ask to have the coffee station replenished with coffee, creamer, sugar and tea. The hotel needs a facelift

I am happy with my 13 nights stay in the hotel. However the foods in the restaurant of the hotel were extremely poor and taste horrible such as the Jasmine Chinese Restaurant and the Buffet Restaurant on the ground floor. The Room Service foods was very awful too. Must need an urgent improvement for this matter!

The foyer, restaurant and bars are quite nice, but the rooms are pretty dated, and there are numerous signs of wear and tear. Staff are mostly courteous and quite helpful, especially the concierge. Overall, it is a reasonable hotel, in a good location, and at the right price it is a decent choice, but it just has a dated feel about it.
