200 acre working farm with farmhouse, chicken coop and old red barn.
Country farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. One bath has claw-foot tub/ shower, the second one a new shower.
Fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with John Deere dishes and silverware, pots and pans, dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator. Also clothes washer and dryer. Natural air conditioning from large trees on property as well as central ac. and internet.
Things to do:
Take a short drive down the road and see your favorite steak being fattened in the local feed lot and then enjoy the finished product at one of the many local eateries in the area. Bauserman's Farm Market/local grocery store/gas station is located minutes down the road, Super Walmart 20 minutes away in LaJunta. Local restaurants and fast-food available nearby.
HIke to the Arkansas River less than a mile away . In season, visit the many farm markets in the area. Bent's Old Fort and Koshare Indian Museum close by.
