Staff was always kind. The room was spotless, however the picture of the room definately made the suite look bigger than it was. As well as the pull out mattress in the couch was very uncomfortable, no sheets prepared in the room for said mattress and the space around the bed when pulled out was not optimal. I will say though the pool and hot tub are what made the review 4 stars instead of 2. Will I ever stay there again? Yes, I still recommend this location. As an ending heads up to those who are planning to use this location: The TVs are not smart TVs so plan accordingly for any streaming needs you may have.
