Terrific stay. Condo was well appointed, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Great location to explore the lower Mashpee/Waquoit Bay area. Ethan was extremely responsive helping us connect with the property manager after we went to the wrong pool gate.

We had a great stay at Ethan’s condo! First of all, there was Great Communication with the host throughout the stay! The condo was clean, the beds comfortable too. The location was a little off the beaten path but quick to get to Mashpee Commons and Falmouth where we needed to go.

This lovely property is nestled on a golf course. It is very quiet and well appointed with everything you need. There is a kitchen filled with great appliances and all amenities to cook with.The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms have all shower accessories.

Cape family vacation

We (girls 7 and 10, my husband and I) had a great vacation at Ethan's New Seabury Condo. The place is perfect for a family--spacious but cozy, well appointed but not cluttered. Very close to South Cape Beach, Popponesset Inn, Mashpee Commons, etc. Ethan was cordial and responsive, and everything was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway. Comfortable condo for 4 adults each bedroom has own full bathroom. Nice outside patio o er looking a green on golf course. It’s a little tricky finding it lots of condos and streets but we did find it. Ethan the host was great answering all questions quickly. Make sure to have drinks / dinner at the country club great food and big martinis!
