Customer service was amazing . Gentleman in the front and lady were super helpful BUT when booking the rooms do not look like the images , like at all . Rooms and horribly outdated , broken locks , jammed doors , extremely dirty from previous smokers . Bad smell when entering , , some rooms don’t work , water , lights , arc .

Unprofessional staff, stated they had no room availability, then after I showed her my confirmed reservation she said the only room available didn't have a working TV and had several issues with it. The roomwas filthy. Loud and people walking all night being loud everywhere. Never again.
