I checked out 15 minutes after checking in and felt like I needed a shower. As I lifted the sheets to check for bed bugs I found that the mattress was yellow and stained. The mattress cover was just as awful and the carpet was filthy. I could not stay there.

Did online check in so check in at hotel was super easy. The only down fall is the workout area was terrible! lol. It was not a fitness area at all. The treadmill was broke and there was a row machine? and 2-5 lb dumbbells. Disappointing as I do enjoy and stick to a workout routine.

This was a good place to stay for an overnight before I left on my cruise. It was very clean! I did wait at the check in desk almost 20 minutes before someone came to check me in. Check out time is 11am. I was going to stay until close to 11 because my cruise boarding was at 12:30. They (I think it was housekeeping) knocked on my door at 9 ish to see if I had left. I got up and told them I wasn’t ready to leave yet. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. I just packed up and went across the street to a Starbucks. I didn’t appreciate them rushing me before checkout. Breakfast was the norm for a hotel breakfast. I’d stay there again if it was one night before a cruise but I’d tell them not to keep knocking in the morning and give them an estimate of what time I’m leaving in the morning.
