The Room and the amenities. The aircon was absolutely appalling , none of us sleep a wink. We got on our early flight shattered. So disappointing as we had such a great time there last year. The pool area was a disgrace.. used towels and other items left all over the place. The sauna was broken and the spa was cold. The mini bar wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests either. I’m waiting for a bill for the missing drinks.

Very nice hotel right at the Melbourne airport. The room was spotless. The staff was great. It definitely should be a consideration should you have an early morning flight out of Melbourne as you can walk from the room to the airport in 5 minutes.

Comfortable bed. Great to have a shower that is NOT dangerously above a bath. Lovely to have hair conditioner on its own and not in one with shampoo. Wonderful to see a garbage AND recycling bin. Lovely spacious room. Great food in the restaurant. It could just have been me, but I couldn’t find any international news channels on the TV. No BBC, Sky or CNN. Finding the hotel from the car park was NOT easy and NO temporary signs with disruptive building works.
