This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The floor in the room could have been cleaned better and the shower did have some spots around the glass door hinges that needed cleaning. However, the beds are very comfortable. The curtains blocked out the early morning sun very well. And the breakfast was incredible. They had so many options to choose from, as well as anything you would need to add to your oatmeal, yogurt, and bagels. The breakfast and pool table in the lobby made it a very nice place to stay over night while we were traveling. The 2 ladies working in the front and kitchen area were very nice as well.

Our tv didn't work. I asked for a compensation or a room change. They told me to talk to the manager in the morning. The manager didn't come in so they said he'd call. . Later we got an email saying they'd take off $10!!!! We drove 10 hours looking to rest and watch a movie!! Are you kidding me HILTON!! You've GOT TO DO BETTER THAN THAT!!!

Our room was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The 24hr coffee was great. Breakfast was very good...the lobby was always clean. We had a great stay even though it was only 1 night. I will definitely book there again. My only slight complaint....check out is noon...but our card keys deactivated at 11am...and we got locked out of the back door. Had to walk around to the front and get one key reactivated. Very minor complaint...we'll know for next time.
