Staff was good. Once in the room the sheets had not been change had makeup on the top sheet. Staff took a picture and change the sheet for us. The carpet was dirty how I know my socks where filthy. The corner of the bathroom where disgusting with build up dirt. The tube had water leaking from the faucet which was completely rusted out and it was quite a lot. I have know idea how this place stays open. But have a picture of it about 20 years ago iit look great.

Okay, here's the thing, while we appreciate the cost at $146 for the night this place was not what was advertised. It's almost completely run down, it's cleanliness was okay I guess but not really deep clean. You get what you pay for but half the cost of other places.

Staff was friendly, but hotel was EXTREMELY run down. NOTHING like it's pictures on Expedia. The room didn't a total Rehab. The paint was misding off walls/doors, tub was yellowing and stained. Mirrors were chipped but air-conditioning worked and bed was clean so we stayed as not any othet hotel by us.

My day was very nice. They were very polite very clean didn’t mind if we checked in a little early the checkup good you can you have a day or night check up time and overall stay and clean. This was great.

So let’s be clear on what you’re getting. The price, location and staff are AMAZING! So welcoming and friendly. The motel is older, dated but clean. I would have loved to see this place back in the day as it appears to have been quite the place. Breakfast is muffins and cereal- again sufficient but we opted to go to a pancake house. I would stay again when taking a cruise and just need a place for the night.

Owners-staff, make me SMILE! You feel like family. I love the rich polished black granite tops of the desk, dresser and nightstands, elegant furniture over cheap! Extremely Convenient Location, quiet, a beautiful pool. Many wonderful restaurants, fast foods, Publix Grocery, Banks, in very short walking distance. Of course all the attractions within short distance. The Ocean just down the road. The essence of Warmth, Serenity, great place to write a Book and more! Repairs and updates in works! The island hotel was old and rundown. Furniture old, bathroom terrible, like the place has been unkept for years. Gardens awful, pool old and uninviting. Only positive was lovely person at reception. Would never go back or recommend to friends.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Holes in walls, black mold on ceiling in shower, just generally a dirty place that is not maintained. Would avoid at all costs
