Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear the bad experience from you but we do want you come back again, and wish you can enjoy our better service and room than this time. We did the investigation that on that date all the hotel is full and we don't have any other available room for you even though there is not so many car in the parking lot, but the room is full. As a boutique hotel, we always helping our friend to provide comfortable and quiet environment, we are sorry that this time the room cannot meet your highest requirements but next time we will arrange the best room if we have for you.
