This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at the microwave didnt work. The heat didnt work and the tub was leaking water the whole stay and the floor was wet. I requested rags and towels and never got them this whole place dirty even including the shuttle bus then they charge for parking and its no food there or around. Im defintely going to call my bank for this one. I should have gotten a discount because they didnt switch my Room eithet

Carpet smelled horrible. There was a cockroach in the lobbies furniture. We had a queen double bed room; both beds sounded each time you moved. One of the Bed sheets had stains so we had to use 1 bed instead of both. Bathroom was clean but conditions of the shower and the walls was very poor. The bedrooms ceiling was cracked and looked like it has water damage.

They took my $100 security deposit and didn’t return. After mistakenly booking for the 22-23rd of April, I was told by staff if I booked the correct date, they would refund the mistake booking. After waiting a week, I was told rudely by Patty the supervisor that I wouldn’t get a refund. Not once did she try to help fix the mistake. Once she saw she could benefit from the mistake, she did just that. The hotel key I was given didn’t work and had to be replaced 3 times. The bathroom smelled like backed up sewage. The air smells funny when it’s on. It was an emergency booking that I wish I never ever happened.

This is an older hotel, but it’s well kept, clean and the employees are friendly! Very convenient airport shuttle and location. Onsite restaurant is delicious! Prepare to pay for parking.

The property and facilities are ok. However, I had a problem with the deposit. They charged me $100 for deposit and didn't release it. I called them several times.The representative told me that it shall take 2-5 business days, but it didn't. I can't get in touch with their manager on the phone and I had to dispute this charge on my credit card. Very dissapointed!
