NO AMENITIES AT ALL !!!

It was terrible. 1: I had to pay to park at a hotel I paid to stay in. I told them I was handicapped but I didn’t take my placker . I was told I couldn’t park in a handicap spot. While cars lined the fire lane where signs were posted tow zone no parking. No breakfast, toilet was broken, had to get a new chair because I almost fell over. One of my worst experiences in a Miami hotel.
These cars were all aloud to park there even though it was a fire lane and signs were posted as you can see!

Great view of airport (main reason for my stay), decor and room tired, restaurant awful, zero ambience, not as photo or description, food basic but tasty, no way of ordering from room, car hire desk within hotel but no direct phone, car hire staff did not speak English, car hire desk hours not as shown on door, reception staff disinterested and unwelcoming. But for the view I would not stay here again.

I didn't like this property the room was musky AC didn't work properly and its outdated the vents are dirty. The elevator are rusty, the check process was good staff was friendly and welcoming other than that i will not be staying at the location again. The bed was fine the water pressure in the shower is very very low

Horrible Experince.

My stay at Clarion Inn & Suites Miami International Airport was extremely disappointing. The hotel charges every guest a mandatory $3 shuttle fee, even if you don’t use the shuttle. I never did, but still had to pay, which feels like exploitation at best. The room was poorly maintained—my coffee maker didn’t work, the lotion bottles were empty, and the place was dirty and smelled bad. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, the staff member simply offered to hand me lotion as I was leaving, which was unhelpful and dismissive. The staff overall were rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend Clarion Inn & Suites Miami International Airport to anyone. Between the hidden fees, poor service, and lack of basic amenities, it is not worth the money.

We checked in Friday night, got into our room and discovered the air conditioning was broken. We asked for a new room, and the AC was also not working, and the toilet didn't flush. So they moved us a 3rd time! Finally got a room with a working toilet but still no AC. Very disappointed in this hotel, it was the most irritating experience ever, not to mention it was impossible to sleep with how hot the rooms were.
