There was a roach that crawled from under the bed when we got ready to leave in the morning. The bathroom tub was dirty and had a black ring around the tub. The room felt disgusting and not worth the money at all

Iit was very humid in the room, the beds were very uncomfortable, the website says free parking but we had to pay. English speaking workers were rare to none. However, i can say thaat the gm timothy was very helpful in the search for the people who hit our car ramp and damaged it and the man, i dont know his name, who helped us somewhat fix it so we could put the scooter back on it safely. All i know is he worked for the hotel.

The water pressure needs some serious work, but that's my only complaint. The staff was great, there's transportation nearby, and the Ubers/Lyfts are cheap enough. Only 20 minutes away from South Beach and Wynwood.

I knew we were headed towards a negative experience with this hotel when we made over 10 attempts to contact the front desk to request the airport shuttle come pick us up. It took over an hour and we never were able to contact them and were only able catch the shuttle because we saw it circling the arrival area and flagged it down. The hotel is very dated. We had to switch rooms twice. The first room was smoky and had a pile of dirty towels in it. The second room was connected to the room next door and the lock connecting the room was missing, leaving our room open and unsecured. Avoid this property! Clarion is a major brand but this hotel does not meet their normal standards.
