The bedding was dirty in all rooms. It appeared that the sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival. There were dirty dishes in the drawers, the fridge and oven were dirty, as well as the floors and walls. We immediately notified property management and asked for a refund. We explained that because the unit was filthy, we'd rather find another place to stay. Management refused to refund us, and requested photos. We emailed photos of the unit, and were told that they would have someone clean the unit the following day. We explained that was unacceptable because the sheets were disgusting and we had no place to sleep. I contacted Orbitz who allegedly contacted management. I was told by an Orbitz representative that management was going to send someone to clean the same evening. That didn't happen. We spent our first night washing sheets before bed. We washed multiple loads as the washer/dryer combo is small. The next day we waited til noon and heard nothing from management. We called them and they finally sent someone to clean. We requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times and were told that one would call us. No supervisor ever called and management would not even issue a partial refund for inconvenience. There was no more communication the rest of our stay. After the unit was cleaned properly, the rest of the stay was ok. The unit needs to be updated and could use a coat of paint. There are no face towels and water gets cold quickly. The actual hotel is nice.

Bate and switch! The pictures that were shown are were not of the unit that I stayed in. Dirty walls and baseboards . Floors were a bit sticky to walk on. It smelled like it had been closed off and funky. Old and outdated in the bathroom with rust and crust around faucet. I stayed 1 night of the 3 that I booked. I reached out and got an email saying nothing. Normally, I expect an email or text after check in. Didn’t happen so they know they’re taking advantage of people.
