The road noise was very noticeable and traffic into/out of the hotel was very high (25-30 minute ubers to go 8 miles).

polite. For sure my impression of the room is not an Executive Suite, yes is large but that is all. Very small badroom. I have visited more than 50 countries and stayed in many different hotels. Yes the room was a good size but it is not an Executive Suite. No need to book a Suite. Regular rooms might be ok. Hope my comments thelp to address my concerns and future gest have a better experiene than the one I had.

Over price for 3 starts condition

one of the elevators not in service and long line up to rooms with luggage. Good with front entrance can have uber stand.

The man who checked us in was so nice, fantastic! The worst thing about the place was the elevators were slow. Our room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was great! We mainly liked the location, because from the airport, you can take the orange line train to the government center,($2.25 each) then hop on the free inner people mover route, then get off at Knight Center, and the hotel is 100 feet away. It was also very close to Bayside Park, which is one stop before Knight Center. We only had to walk a couple blocks after the Bayside train station to catch the free Coral Gable trolley, which took us right to the cruise port.

My card was charged multiple times! BEWARE!

I have a problem with the billing department, they charge my card multiple times and process it. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them but I only get their answering machine and the front desk say they can’t help me. Very frustrating!
