The room I was placed in had a large gap between the door and the frame. I could see the outside through the gap even when the door was shut and locked. I did not feel safe at this hotel.

Check in was a breeze, they even asked if we needed transportation to the port for our cruise. Check out was amazing will stay here in the future.

This is a motel - NOT a hotel. It has not elevators considering the fact that it is an airport premise. Do not get fooled by the promise of quality because of the Wyndham name. Poor poor on all level.

The room was in really bad shape. Peeling paint, uneven floor, mattress was old and uncomfortable, and there was a hole in the floor! Fire ants crawling on the floor as well. The area looked very unsafe as well. No dining, except for a Subway sandwich shop. Not at all what the description and picture show.

Bathroom door doesn’t open from inside. I was Stuck. Luckily my wife opened the door from outside. Doors aren’t good at all. Front door the magnet doesn’t work meaning the key card doesn’t turn red or green. It’s just died. Our stuff was inside the room and we couldn’t enter. We tried multiple times for about 20 mins and finally it got opened luckily. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here. I just ended up going to lobby 6 to 8 times for the entire stay
