We were arriving late at the airport, called the hotel a couple of times to hopefully ensure a late pickup, was originally told 12:00 was. Latest then it went to 11:45 as latest, we called at 11:35 numerous times and nobody could answer the phone, we ended up paying for Uber

The room had a musky smell, the toilet wasn’t working properly, the light in the closet was not working, had to manually loosen the light bulb to shut off and tightened the bulb to turn on. We were there for five days and had at most 5 hours of WiFi, went to the front office at least 3 times to see what was the problem and finally gave me a room closer to the front office to see if that helped…it didn’t. I know this is not a five star hotel but for the money we spent we expected a better experience.

The staff was nice, the sink was cracked, the toilet was clogged, lobby had a weird odor to it, floor boards were separating in the room, the deadbolt in the room did not work, the room and hallways were dark and dingy.
